Kyle Gardiner

for Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner 5E01

Meet Kyle

Kyle is a homeowner who lives on Kirby Street in Truxton Circle, just a half block south from Dunbar High School and right across from New York Avenue Park. He is a fourth generation in the DMV and has lived in Charlottesville, Virginia and Baltimore, Maryland before moving to DC.

He is a proud public servant and has spent most of his career working for the Federal government. An active community member, he is passionate about ensuring our neighborhood is a safe, affordable, and accessible place for residents new and old.

He's been endorsed by Greater Greater Washington, which noted that "his enthusiasm and candor would be a welcome addition to 5E."

In a given week you might catch him in the neighborhood playing basketball at the park, biking to work, grabbing a coffee at Big Bear Cafe, or picking up lunch at Republic Cantina. And that's why he wants to serve as your Commissioner--he believes Truxton Circle is a great place to live and wants to ensure it continues to remain vibrant, unique, and accessible!
